I first went to see Tatjana because of some aches and pains. With the focused program after few weeks, I settled down and aches and pains disappeared. I enjoyed so much that I continued with her on strength building program. She starts every program with mobility and core activation, so I feel my body is protected from injury. Tatjana worked a miracle with me. I have got a wrong poster since I was a child. She told me she can help me to straighten my back and fix my posture. At the beginning I did not believe that this is possible because I always tried but I would always go back to hunching. I don’t normally do this, but I thought compelled to tell you about the experience I had with Tatjana. After quiet a serious back injury I never really thought I would be in the gym again. I met Tatjana and I decided to give it a go. We started from basics trying to build up my strength. After a little more than 3 months, I am doing heavy weights. I feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend you meet her, if you are sitting at home wondering how it would be to be in the shape again.
